There is lot of buzz in telecom sector specially after AGR case and COVID-19. During COVID-19 telecom sector has considerably improved their ARPU but still Supreme court isn't providing any relief related to AGR.
Today we are going to discuss about three telecom companies operating in India, Naming as below:-
1. Reliance India
2. Bharti Airtel
3. Vodafone Idea
Now after above there is continuous buzz that Reliance Jio Platform has raised 1 lakh investments from likes of Facebook, Abu Dhabi Investment authority, KKR and various potential investors. Further there is buzz that Amazon in going to invest in Bharti Airtel and Google planning to invest in Vodafone Idea.

From Charts it is very clear that Reliance has gained momentum since launch of Jio before that stock was underperforming and Bharti Airtel and Vodafone has fallen considerably after launch of Jio as price war begin which leads to fall of these stocks. Now Bharti Airtel has gained momentum as it has withstand the storm of Jio and now gaining momentum.
Vodafone Idea is almost gone to Rs.2 levels after Supreme court order against against AGR due demand which Directors of company already told that they are unable to pay these dues immediately infact they will shut stop the company as AGR dues are amounting to Rs. 54000 crores. But this stock has gained momentum after rumors of Google Investments in Company, it was rumored that Google will buy out 5% stake which will not reduce its debt but investment of Google will attract more potential investments and boost investors confidence.
If any investor wants to invest in Telecom sector then Bharti Airtel and Reliance are best to tap off as Reliance will be getting debt free this fiscal year and Bharti Airtel will pay all the AGR dues and become market leader.
Now companies are raising data charges which leads to increase in ARPU and will add to profit margin of companies which will increase profit margin of companies.
