Aadhar Uses in Daily Life

 Aadhar is now an essential part of every family. Without Aadhar you can’t do following:-

(i) You can't get benefits of government schemes

(ii) You can’t do financial transactions as Aadhar card is mandatory to be registered with all financial institutions.

(iii) You can’t be able to apply for registration of new house, Driving license

(iv) You can’t be able to buy new vehicle, New mobile connection, electricity connection, Gas connection 

(v) You can't get passport without Aadhar card.

Therefore, you can see how essential Aadhar is in everyone’s life.



 

Everyone can get it very easily by visiting the Aadhar card enrolment centre and you can get new Aadhar for yourself and your family. Aadhar card is 12-digit no. and is a unique number for everyone. Government of India to registered address during aadhar card enrolment and dispatches mostly printed Aadhar card by ordinary post.  If you are unable to get the Aadhar card within 90 days then you can approach the nearest post office for enquiry related to your Aadhar card.

 

During application for Aadhar card, all fingerprints are taken and eyes scanning is also taken for complete biometric information. No Aadhar card has been issued with starting zero and one numbers.

 

There are following few interesting things you must know about Aadhar Card:-

(a)  Aadhar card is issued by UIDAI and known as Unique Identification Authority of India.

(b)  Aadhar card is issued by Government of India on free of cost basis, no charges are taken at Government Aadhar enrolment centres.

(c)   You can change address, Name, Pictures by online mode by providing relevant documents.

(d)  Aadhar enrolment by every Indian is mandatory.

(e)  There is no validity of Aadhar card, it is valid for lifetime.

(f)    Aadhar card is acceptable for both address proof and Identity proof.

(g)  For getting an Aadhar card of kids ageing below 5 years, parents' aadhar card number is made as primary aadhar number. No biometric of kids done in that case. These are named as Baal Aadhar cards and are issued blue in color. Once kid age reaches 5 years then biometric is also required.
