Online wallet frauds

 

There is another online fraud, which is happening quite frequently in new era. If you have complaint against any of wallet account holders then never ever share your contact details on any social network such as twitter, facebook, Instagram etc. while raising complaint against any of the wallet companies such as Mobikwik, Paytm, Amazonpay.

As there are so many fradustars which are monitoring the these tags and they will call you immediately as soon as you share your contact details and they will tell you that they are calling from the concerned company with whom you have raised your issue. After they will ask for OTP for resolving the issue and when you don’t share your OTP then they will ask you for installation of anydesk into your mobile phone and then will ask for providing access for your mobile phone. Beware don’t ever share your OTP or install any software on their recommendations as they will clean up your accounts within few seconds.

I have already faced such issue but thanks to awareness spread on day to day basis to not to share OTP or anything related to your account and got saved from fraud. I have shared my no. on twitter handle of mobikwik and then the persons started calling me that if you want to resolve the matter then they required is OTP and when I refused to share the OTP then he told me to install the anydesk which I also refused to install. When I refused all then he told me that your issue will be never ever get resolved, then I told them that don’t worry I will get issue resolved but never share OTP or install any software on their recommendations.

Then I understand that they were fraudstars and they tried to login into my account if had provided my OTP to them they will steal all my money in wallet.

So beware of such frauds few people might got trapped in hurry or unknowingly share their details to the persons on other side to get their issue resolved but they don’t know that they are going to fall in trap and soon their tensions are going to rise after sharing details.

Always listen to various government run programs and advertisements on such issues.
