Excessive Screen time affects on Human Body

2.       Social isolation: While screens can help us, stay connected with others, excessive screen time can also lead to social isolation. Spending too much time on screens can lead to a lack of face-to-face interaction, which can be detrimental to mental health.

3.       Poor attention span: Screen time has been linked to poor attention span and decreased ability to focus. This is because screens provide a constant stream of stimuli, which can make it harder to concentrate on one task for an extended period of time.

4.       Decreased creativity: Excessive screen time can also lead to decreased creativity. This is because screens can limit our ability to think deeply and critically about the world around us.

5.       Addiction: Excessive screen time can lead to addiction. This is because screens can be highly rewarding and provide a constant source of entertainment and stimulation. Over time, people may develop a dependence on screens and find it difficult to function without them.
