1.       LED Lights manufacturing for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Company profitability details are as below:-

1.       Company net revenue increased from Rs.337 crores in FY23 to Rs.531 crores in FY24.

2.       EBITA increased from Rs.34 crores to Rs.51 crores in FY24.

3.       Profit after Tax also increased from Rs.8 Crores in FY23 to Rs.10 Crores in FY24.

4.       Operating Profit margin remains at 10%.

Promotors are holding 56.88% in company and 41.57% was held by public. Promotors had decreased holding from 65.60% in FY23 to 56.88% FY24.
